Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural areas.

What is your warranty on products?

All our products come with a 12 month warranty that covers any faults or defects. The warranty does not cover any wear and tear or damages caused by misuse of the product. Any faults must be reported within 10 working days of receiving the product.

Our breast pumps also come with a 12 month warranty, this covers the motor unit only. (Please note this does not cover any damages caused by customer negligence, water damage or damages caused from being dropped.)
Consumables are not covered due to hygiene reasons.



What is the difference between both Breast Pumps?

Both our breast pumps have the same modes and same number of levels, Both function the same.

The Differences:

The look:

Some Mama's prefer the classic sleek designed Mama Eze Original and some prefer the fashionably elegant with the gold trim Mama Eze Plus.

Battery Capacity:

Our Mama Eze Plus pump has a slightly larger battery capacity compared to the original pump, meaning it would last longer on a full charged battery.

Pump Operation:

Our original pump has touch screen functions, whereas the Plus model has press buttons.

Our Original pump has a constant voltage function, So even when it has a low battery the suction will remain the exact same as if full charged.



What is the new upgrades to the pumps?

Both pumps have a new featured mode: Lactation mode. This mode is designed to be the closest to baby's sucking rhythm, much more closer than any other level.
Our Mama Eze Plus pump also has a new LED display screen, as this was requested by many Mamas.



How often should I replace my Breast Pump parts?

We recommend replacing parts every 3-6months depending on the usage of your breast pump.
